What did homes actually sell for in Mississauga last month?

September 2026 averages:
Detached: $1,285,467
Semi-detached: $870,161
Condo townhouse: $717,408
Condo apartment: $500,192

The real story is inventory: 2,408 homes for sale, 468 sold. Homes went for about 97% of asking and took 36 days on average. Buyers have room to negotiate this fall, and sellers need to price right from day one.
