Men’s health deserves attention and awareness 💙

Prostate cancer and testicular cancer can affect men at different stages of life. Knowing the possible warning signs, understanding your risk factors, and paying attention to changes in your body are important steps toward protecting your health.

Some symptoms may not appear in the early stages, so don’t ignore concerns or delay seeking medical advice. Start the conversation, stay informed, and make your health a priority.

Mental health matters, and no one should feel like they have to face a difficult moment alone. 💚

This World Mental Health Day, let’s check in on the people we care about, listen without judgment, and remember that asking for help is a sign of strength. If you or someone you know is struggling, support is available.

In the U.S., call or text **988** for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7.

Breast cancer treatment can affect fertility, but understanding your options before chemotherapy begins can help you make informed decisions about your future 🎗️

Egg freezing may be an option for eligible patients who wish to preserve the possibility of having biological children. If you’re preparing for treatment, discuss fertility preservation with your oncology and fertility teams as early as possible.

French fries have become a popular IVF transfer-day tradition, but there’s an important difference between a fertility ritual and something supported by evidence. 🍟

Current evidence does not show that a specific food, including French fries, improves implantation or IVF success. ASRM guidance also supports getting up and walking after embryo transfer rather than prolonged bed rest.

**Performing the embryo transfer:** https://www.asrm.org/practice-guidance/practice-committee-documents/performing-the-embryo-transfer-a-guideline-2017

On transfer day, keep it simple: follow your clinic’s instructions, take your medications, eat normally, and stay hydrated. 🤍

The flu vaccine is an important part of protecting your health during pregnancy. 🤍

Pregnancy can increase the risk of serious complications from influenza, while vaccination can help protect both you and your baby. The injectable flu vaccine can be given during any trimester, while the nasal spray vaccine is not recommended during pregnancy.

For more information, see the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) guidelines on influenza during pregnancy.

A little reminder for the woman who’s got goals, standards, and a whole lot of potential. ✨

You don’t need permission to take up space, trust yourself, or go after what you want. Consider this your sign to walk into the week like you belong there, because you do. 💅
