FULL POST tinyurl.com/24mp3msj Over the course of this past year, I have had a lot of time to reflect on just about every aspect of my life.
Honestly, “reflect” doesn’t seem to be the right word. It’s often felt more like a forced time out so I could sit and think about my choices in this life.
That also doesn’t sound quite right.
It’s not been punishment as much as a directive to fulfill requisite course work before I can move on to the next level of learning.
And living.
Kind of like the Cosmic Dad saying “You have eat your vegetables before you can have your ice cream.”
Surprisingly, despite the past year, I’m still a big fan of vegetables... FULL POST tinyurl.com/24mp3msj
Recently, I experienced what can only be defined as Divine Reclamation.
I’ve been at a crossroads for quite some time now, in every aspect of my life.
Since 2019, I’ve lived a seemingly endless cycle of collapse and rebirth.
My sense of identity has fallen apart.
My personality frayed into threads.
The familiar bonds with my biological and chosen family were all unraveled and rewoven. Some of those relationships didn’t survive and are now gone for good.
My practice disintegrated from beneath me and sent me into a free fall for several years; quite a few more than I would like to admit, if I’m honest...
There’s always a middle path available. I have found it’s not always the easiest path to walk, nor to find. Most people avoid the middle. The middle isn’t easy because it's not where mob mentality rules. The middle isn’t where you can rest in the delusion that’s created by only surrounding yourself with people who speak and think just like you do. The middle isn’t the place where the loudest voice in the room is always the right one. The middle requires you to steep in silence. The middle expects active observation. The middle asks you to be fully present for everything but attached to nothing. The middle demands that you think for yourself, stand for yourself, move with yourself. The middle doesn’t abide the false sense of moral superiority of being on the “right side.” Or the lazy indulgence of picking a side and staying there just because that’s what you’ve always done. Or were told to do. The middle is unflinching in its requirement that you be open to hearing points of view, and examining systems of belief that are 180 degrees from yours without judging them, denying them, or adopting them. The middle is where you ultimately arrive on the long road of self mastery. The middle doesn’t tell you who you are or what to believe. The middle requires you to figure that out for yourself. The middle means you are standing in the place where the current is the most forceful without the luxury of a bank to lean on. The middle is not for the faint of heart or weak in spirit. The middle is where you find yourself. The middle is where you free yourself. The middle is where you claim yourself.
If you've been around a while, you know October is traditionally when I open my books for annual tarot forecasts. After a quiet season (much of it elbow-deep in flour and sugar, but that's a story for another day), I've been feeling the pull to sit with the cards again.
So I'm opening a small number of 2027 Annual Forecast readings, starting today.
Here's what you'll receive:
*A live, 60-minute one-on-one reading over Google Meet
*The overarching theme and energy of your year, plus a card for each month of 2027
*A recording of your session, so you can return to it throughout the year
*Most importantly, guidance on how to thrive in the upcoming cycle
Cost: $227 (a little nod to 2027)
I'm offering around 15 readings per month so each one gets my full presence. Sessions are held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and once a month's spots are filled, that month is closed.
→FULL POST - tinyurl.com/4kr369m2 The other day, my mom asked me if I was happy about having started the bakery. My response surprised me. I told her that no, I wasn't really happy, but that it had never really been about chasing an emotional state.
The truth is that lately I am mostly overwhelmed. Not in a bad way, mind you. It's very exciting and fulfilling, but it's all new, and for me, that's uncomfortable...
So much transpired in such a short period of time, I find myself challenged to summarize it all in a meaningful way. The bakery is officially up and running. I've landed my first wholesale account here in Sedona, and have been steadily building day by day.
It's been a long time since I've been in this space of things being so new and pristine.
For someone who has reinvented themselves as many times as I have, you'd think I'd be used to this process by now. I'd like to say it has been like riding a bike.
What's more accurate though would be to say "It's been like riding a bike, after you've woken up from a head injury and have realized you have amnesia and now you have to learn how to ride a bike again."
🥐FULL POST tinyurl.com/ynxtcu99 “I’m a baker.” I said, responding to his question. The answer escaped my lips before the mind even had a chance to filter and edit it.
Over the past 15 years of building and sustaining my guidance, healing, and mentorship practice, the one thing I’d never been able to fully clarify was my elevator pitch. I never really knew how to respond to the question of “So, what do you do for a living?”
Sometimes it was an easy answer. When I was in the company of spiritual or “woo-woo” folk, I could say whatever I wanted and people would immediately understand... 🥐FULL POST tinyurl.com/ynxtcu99

July has been, for me anyway, the month where things really start to take off.
The acceleration from this point forward always takes me by surprise. This year, which seems to moving along at a ripping pace already, it feels especially fast.
Shifting gears into building the bakery has been a fascinating exercise. Not that I was expecting that.
Honestly, building this bakery has been about freedom and joy and the excitement of following my intuitive hits.
I'm not hyping myself up to build a baking empire. Nor am I doing something as facile as constructing a "5 year plan..."
