today Jesus rose from the dead , therefore defeating sin and death. he took his cross up to calvary, for one thing—-us. as the whips drove into his back, he thought of us. as the crown of thorns was placed on his holy temples, he thought of us. as the cross , our sins, was laid onto his bleeding back, he thought of us. you and me, writing/reading this rn. on the third day, as the stone rolled back, all our souls as humanity rejoiced. Jesus had delivered us from our sins. All we had to do in our earthly life was follow him. So complicated , yet so simple.
