I'm Lizzie, a late-diagnosed autistic ADHD-er and this is a space where I share my thoughts and experiences around my diagnoses, often with a focus on how neurodivergence intersects with perimenopause, menopause and chronic illness, and to connect with others who are, or suspect they may be autistic or AuDHD.
