The official channel of God as CEO ministry. Our focus is to inspire, challenge and change business people's view of God's involvement in our work and life. God is the Ultimate CEO, Boss & Owner.
The Kingdom standard is not simply to do what is required, but to serve beyond obligation when the opportunity calls for it. ➡️ Christ said, “If anyone forces you to go one mile, go with them two miles.” (Matthew 5:41).
That raises a deeper question: What does our service reveal about our character? ▪️ Patience when a customer is difficult. ▪️ Honesty when the truth is inconvenient. ▪️ Humility when we have made a mistake. ▪️ Excellence when nobody is watching.
These moments reveal values more clearly than any mission statement ever could. However, service also reveals what culture exists in an organization.
An employee cannot consistently go the extra mile in an organization that nurtures indifference, creates unnecessary friction, or refuses to empower people to solve problems. Culture determines what employees believe is expected, tolerated and celebrated.
This is why customer experience is not simply a frontline responsibility. Leaders shape the systems, priorities and values that make excellent service possible.
For a business operating with God as CEO, the extra mile becomes a question of stewardship. How do we treat the people, trust, time and resources God has placed in our hands?
Customer Service Week may last one week while Kingdom excellence has no timelines. The goal is not to give customers one week they will remember, but 52 weeks they can trust. This celebration invites organizations to celebrate the people who serve customers and encourage them to go “the extra mile.”
But what if the extra mile is more than a customer-service strategy? What if it means improving who we are?
📌Great customer experience is not built in one week.
It is built in the small actions we take every day: how quickly we respond, how honestly we communicate, how we handle complaints, how we design our processes, how we empower our people, and how seriously leadership takes the customer.
Excellence must show up all year.
One exceptional week cannot compensate for months of frustration, neglect, broken promises or indifference.
Do not give customers one week they will remember. Give them 52 weeks they can trust.
What happens to your judgment when you are angry? What does your team learn about you in those moments? And at what point does emotional reaction stop being leadership and start becoming damage?
“...Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.’” “Yes,” says the Spirit, “that they may rest from their labors, and their works follow them.” Revelation 14:13
