π₯ 10 Kg Down. Visible Abs. Stronger Than Day 1. π₯
Suraj's goal from Day 1 was clear: lose fat, build muscle definition, and never feel weak doing it.
6 months later β done.
π 87.4 kg β 77.4 kg
πͺ Leg press: 70 kg β 160 kg
πͺ Lat pulldown: 42 kg β 60 kg
πΊ Zero drinks since May 4 β his own call
β‘ "I lost almost 4 kg and I don't feel any kind of weakness" β Suraj, Week 3
Strength went UP while weight came DOWN. That's the difference between losing fat and just losing weight.
And this wasn't a perfect 6 months. Exams, admissions, constant travel, functions, weeks where diet just wasn't possible. Suraj says he gave it 85%.
That's the point. Coach Amit didn't build a plan that needed a perfect life. When eggs didn't suit him, the protein was rebuilt. When travel hit, the targets flexed. When the scale stalled, the plan adjusted β no panic. Every log got a reply, every doubt got a reason.
85% effort, held for 6 months, beats 100% for 3 weeks. Every time.
π Coach @amit.hiremath.33 β for treating every obstacle as something to solve for Suraj, not around him.
π @its.smokes.cult β from "give me till tomorrow to sort all this" to visible abs. Proud of you.

*π₯ Lost 7 Kilos and Gained Control of Her Health π₯*
Pragna was about to start college. She wanted to change her health, but she wasn't sure how.
Coach Ani held her hand and showed her the way. Pragna did the work, one step at a time.
Food came first. Before starting, she used to order a lot of junk. that gradually shifted to home cooked protein rich meals. The change was gradual, not overnight which took a lot of mental resilience. And now, even with outside meals, she knows what options to pick that are good for her body.
Then the steps. She went from 2,000 a day to 10,000. She also changed her routine to make room for walking, and even got her friends to walk and talk with her.
Strength training started as part of the plan. Over time, it became the thing that built her confidence.
For any young person starting college, that confidence means a lot. And we made sure the number on the scale never became a reason for her to feel bad about herself.
7 kilos lighter, in control of her health and ready to win in life. π―
Great work, Coach @getfitwithani πͺ

π₯ 81 kg β 70.5 kg β Leaner AND Stronger π₯
Shivam @hogmogmogi wanted to get lean without losing the strength he'd built. He was a lifter with a brutal office job, frequent travel, and a cook who didn't always show up.
No cook meant no home food, so Coach Amit taught him to order smart: a burrito rice bowl or a Subway sandwich, plus a scoop of whey to close the protein gap.
Then a pickleball session sprained his lower back. Instead of pushing through, Amit called a deload week: light loads, mobility, extra sleep. Shivam came back on a new training split and, that same week, ran his first-ever 5K under 30 minutes.
In March the scale stalled at 74.5 kg for three weeks. Amit reset the plan to 1,800 calories and 150 g protein. Shivam flew to Macau and came back at the same weight. Two weeks later he hit 72.75 kg, the lightest he'd ever been.
The strength didn't just hold, it went up:
πͺ 15 pull-ups in a row, then 8 reps with +10 kg
πͺ A deadlift PR
πͺ Pushing toward a 90 kg bench
π 81 kg β 70.5 kg (-10.5 kg in 14 weeks)
There was a cheat meal and missed sessions on busy days. None of it turned into a bad week.
In Shivam's words:
"You brought back an elite level of mentality for meβ¦ it's okay to have a bad day, it happens to everyoneβ¦ what matters much more is what you do after having 1 bad day. Having a 100 or nothing sort of mentality in fitness doesn't work well β just be consistent."
Huge credit to Coach @amit.hiremath.33 for the smart recalibrations and for being there on the bad days. π―

Before our magnesium video, we reached out to Nutrabay & Carbamide, 2 brands we questioned in the video about why their magnesium percent is more than 14.1% despite no other magnesium forms mentioned on the label. Pure magnesium glycinate only has 14.1% magnesium because the rest 85.9% is glycine and other compounds.
The question is never about whether other magnesium salts are as effective as glycinate. The question is about honesty.
Carbamide never replied ever since the mail went to them on 21 Sep. If they don't have an explanation for their own consumers, I don't see a reason for anyone to continue consuming that brand.
Nutrabay did, once on 25 and then on 28 Sep 2026. Attached are the screenshots. I am happy they are looking into this and I really appreciate this about them.
Will keep you posted as and when they reply.

29 kg down. Abhijeet did it with accountability, not a crash diet.
Consistent meals, workouts, weekly check-ins. And a coach who didn't let him drift.
Big credit to his commitment and to coach @amit.hiremath.33 for keeping him on track every single week.

*π₯ 65 kg β 59.7 kg β Getting His Face Back π₯*
When Neeraj joined, his ask was simple: lose the fat, then build muscle. He wasn't chasing a deadline. What actually weighed on him was quieter β years of face fat had changed how he looked, enough that old friends didn't recognize him anymore.
The real block was food. He knew he needed protein but had no idea how to hit the number, and wanted honest answers on what supplements were worth taking.
So @getfitwithani didn't start with a diet chart. She started by getting him to measure. For three weeks he kept forgetting β a roti eyeballed, a fruit unweighed β and she corrected it call after call until it became habit. When 55g of plain soya chunks turned out to be something he simply couldn't eat, she didn't force it. She sent him a recipe that made it work.
Then his bloodwork threw a curveball. Vitamin D had crashed to 7.3 β severely deficient, down from 20.1 the year before. It's linked to fatigue, muscle recovery and bone health, easy to miss and expensive to ignore. Ani caught it and had him at a doctor within days.
Life also kept testing the plan all this while. A wedding. Two days down with illness. Trips home, back to back. Then a loss in the family β a week with no diet, no gym, sleep that wouldn't come easy. Every time, Ani adjusted rather than pushed: pulled calories back when travel sped things up too fast, traced his broken sleep to late-night water, brought his steps down once fat loss outran recovery.
By late June, he was 6.5 kg down β ahead of plan. Most people stop here, riding the win, or push and pay for it later. Neeraj did neither. He stayed consistent through a demanding job and let his coach recalibrate instead of forcing the pace himself.
As he put it: "I appreciate the structure of this plan and help from Coach Ani for explaining everything in detail β responsive help. I have recovered over the last months."
65 kg to 59.7 kg. No deadline, no perfect weeks. Just food he finally understood, and someone tracking the details he couldn't see in himself.

π₯ 89 Kg β 82 Kg in 4 Months β Built Around a Job That Never Slowed Down π₯
Sachin's biggest obstacle wasn't motivation β it was a schedule packed with constant travel and no routine. Coach Chandni built the plan to survive that, not around an idealized version of a perfect routine sold on instagram.
β Meals tracked down to the its quantities from day one simplified with proxies β so that there is no guesswork on protein, grain, or oil
β Frequent outstation travel β meals adjusted on the road instead of skipped
β Beer and cheat meals logged honestly, not hidden β planned in a way that didn't halt progress.
β Mid-May rib and back strain from lat pulldowns β training paused immediately, recovery prioritized over pushing through pain
β Early stomach discomfort β flagged and monitored closely instead of ignored
The result:
π 89 kg β 82 kg in 4 months
πͺ Consistent training across legs, back, shoulders, and chest.
π― Precise, nutrition tracking fintuned every week to make sure Sachin keeps progressing.
π Credit to Coach Chandni for building a plan precise enough to work with real travel, real cheat days, and real setbacks.

π₯ 127 Kg β 106 Kg in 8 Months β While Commuting 3 Hours a Day for College π₯
Aditya's mom Twinkle found us scrolling YouTube one night, trying to separate real advice from noise. She got him started, and made sure he had what he needed along the way β the right scale, the right supplements, no gaps.
Aditya @adityanagrale292003 was 21, commuting 3 hours a day, alternate days, to college β and building a music career on the side. Neither of those stopped for his fitness journey. He had to fit this in around both, not instead of them.
He started with a 4-month plan. Just to see.
Coach Ekta's job was never to hand him a fixed plan and walk away β it was to keep tuning it to whatever his week actually looked like. A bad scale reading in week one got swapped out fast. When his progress stalled in March, she traced it to a cheat meal buried in a busy college schedule. When a July vacation pushed his weight back up, she caught it before it became a pattern. When his lifts plateaued, she recalibrated his calories, added creatine, and pointed to the real gap β a 2 AM bedtime no workout could outwork.
Every one of those calls needed someone to act on them. That was Aditya β logging meals after long commutes, fixing his sleep despite a music schedule that fought him on it, getting back on track after the vacation instead of letting it slide, showing up at the gym on the days he had every excuse not to.
By May he'd hit 127 kg β 110.8 kg, and his 4-month plan was ending β usually where people stop, on momentum alone. He didn't. He kept going, through the regain, the plateau, and a music career that picked up alongside all of it β landing projects, shooting a video mid-transformation, without dropping either.
127 kg β 106 kg. 8 months. Twinkle opened the door. Ekta kept adjusting the map. Aditya walked every step of it.
π Coach Ekta @rise.as.a.phoenix β for fine-tuning the plan to Aditya's life, not the other way around.

π₯ 7.5 Kg Down in 14 Weeks β With Real Time Plan Adjustments, Not a Template π₯
Suraj's transformation isn't finished yet. But here's what's happened so far β and how.
Most coaching is one plan, handed down, adjust if you complain enough. Coach Amit runs it the other way: whatever comes up, the plan bends to the person.
β Eggs weren't sitting right with him β instead of just cutting them, a phased reintroduction (one egg white a day, then whole egg + white) with proper allergy testing (Egg White IgE, Egg Yolk IgE) alongside chicken and soya as backup protein
β Every training doubt β down to "should I add abs work on leg day" β answered with the reasoning, not just a yes/no
β Weekly calls to keep the plan matched to how his week actually went, not a fixed script
β Protein strategy built around what worked for his body, not a formula
The result of that approach, so far:
π 88 kg β 80.5 kg over 14 weeks β including a two-week stall at 83.5 kg that the plan adjusted through instead of panicking over
πΊ Decided on his own to stop drinking β hasn't had one since May 4
π Credit to Coach @amit.hiremath.33 for treating every obstacle β food, doubt, a stall on the scale β as something to solve *for* Suraj, not around him.
@its.smokes.cult Suraj's story isn't done. We'll update it when it is.

π₯ 5 Kg Down Eating Roti-Rice Everyday β With Hypothyroidism! Geetha Did It.π₯
Losing weight with a thyroid condition is NOT supposed to mean giving up your food. But when @geethakiran39 started, everyone told her the same thing β "thyroid makes it very hard, you have to cut carbs and go strict."
She'd already tried eating very little for a long stretch before joining β and it wasn't working. Fatigue, irritation, headaches, constant hunger. The usual "eat less, move more" advice wasn't built for what her body actually needed.
That changed when she joined Pehle Health. Coach Ani built a plan around her real life β not against it.
β Regular ghar ka khana β roti, rice, any grain, zero restriction
β Daily food weighing to build awareness, not guilt
β Knee pain flagged β workouts corrected and rebuilt around it, pain-free within 2 weeks
β Weekly calls + daily WhatsApp check-ins, adjusted around her travel and work
β Protein split through the day to kill cravings β not willpower, structure
The results?
π 82.7 kg β 77.7 kg in ~12 weeks. Current weight 76.2 kg (19 august 2026).
π΄ Bloating gone, sleep improved, headaches and fatigue disappeared
𦡠Knee pain resolved
π Never once told "don't eat rice" β ate her normal food with her family, daily
Geetha said it herself, unprompted, a few weeks in: "Now I feel eating food is not a sin. But eating it well helps build good health." With this mindset and simplicity she got from the plan - Geetha continues to lose weight even after her program with us has ended. (Current - 76.2 kg, 19 Aug 2026)
Most women with thyroid issues are told weight loss is just harder for them, full stop β and left to figure out the rest alone. That's not a reason to over-restrict. It's a reason to build the plan properly.
π Big credit to Coach @getfitwithani for building a plan around her condition, her schedule, and her food β the Pehle Health way.
β¨ If you've been told your thyroid is the reason nothing works, this one's for you.
