I’m celebrating another year of life, and my heart is just so grateful to the Lord. ❤️
39 years of His faithfulness, His grace, His protection, and His blessings. I don’t take any of it for granted. He has blessed me with another beautiful year, another year to grow, love, learn, serve, and make memories with the people I love most.
And now… one step closer to 40! 😂🎂
I’m excited to see what this next year holds and trusting that God’s plans are always better than mine. 🙏🏼

What officially marks the start of summer for you?
It’s become one of our favorite family traditions, and somehow we’re always blessed with the most beautiful weather. This year was no exception.
We spent the morning picking fresh strawberries, filling our baskets and making sweet memories together. Then we ended the day with a cozy fire and s’mores in our new home… the perfect start to summer.
While summer brings a slower pace for us, learning doesn’t completely stop around here. We’ll be doing a light summer homeschool session this year. I’ll be getting started a little early with some things for my soon-to-be 8th grader, and I always like to finish up the readers from the previous year with my daughter before we jump into a new grade.
Summer is one of my favorite reminders that growth doesn’t happen overnight. Just like those strawberries didn’t appear in a day, God is always working behind the scenes, growing something beautiful in us season by season.

I can’t believe I’m saying this already… but we already in the LAST quarter of the homeschool year?! 😅 And next year’s homeschool curriculum is here!
I took advantage of Abeka’s 20% off sale back in March and grabbed everything we’ll need for 3rd and 8th grade 😆 and let me tell you, it feels SO good to have that checked off early and the boxes in our new home!
Even though our homeschool space has changed, we’re sticking with the same curriculum 🤗 Just made a few small adjustments within the program this year. I’m hoping to have an update video soon to share what things are looking like.
