Midnight Drive is inspired by my love of Chicago. I love skyscrapers and cityscapes, so I centered the album’s visual aesthetic around that. The visuals I took myself during late night drives through the city and surrounding highways. The idea was to make an album full of songs to drive to. Midnight Drive is also about my passion for music. I wanted to pay homage to the countless nights I’ve stayed up making music, and the memories I have of driving home from concerts at midnight.
This album features my first song collaboration! I had a great time working with on our song, “The Sound”. I learned so much during the collaboration process, and it gave me an opportunity to get outside of my comfort zone. I’m very proud of this album, and I’m excited to share my passions and experiences through the music.

About the album:
Midnight Drive is a love letter to my home city, Chicago. My fascination with skyscrapers and cityscapes inspired the album’s visual aesthetic. I wanted to pay homage to the memories I’ve made in the city by using pictures I took of my favorite streets in Chicago, Lake Shore Drive and Michigan Avenue. I love going on late night drives downtown, so it was important for me to make an album full of songs to drive to. House is my favorite genre of music, and it originated in Chicago. I feel like dance music is flowing through my veins!
The album title also refers to the countless nights I’ve stayed up making music. My inspiration usually comes at night, and sometimes I really feel a drive to work on an idea for hours. In Midnight Drive I experimented with different genres and sounds, and the end result is something I am extremely proud of. I hope with this album I was able to capture the essence of everything I love about Chicago and share my experiences through the music.

Hey guys, happy RSD! Just a heads up I’ll be posting my RSD vlog on this upcoming Friday. Very last minute I found something on the list I want to try to get lol. I have a busy weekend with work and I’ve been a little sick so it’s gonna take me a few extra days to edit the video. I’ll post a RSD short on Tuesday tho!
