Venting post:

So last night I was having anxiety while I was at apple bees with my aunt and my uncle I was shaking and started making random sounds so then i moved to the other side of the seat and my aunt was like: are you okay and I said yes I just wanted to move to a different spot and she okay and I started to feel dehydrated so then i started to drink water so basically I get anxious easily when I'm in public cuz you know i have autism (not using it as an excuse) but I do get nervous and anxious easily....... I sometimes don't let ppl approach me irl cuz I prefer personal space.........
