What does the word "healing" mean to you right now?
Not the textbook definition what does it actually mean for where you are in your life today? What would it look like? What would it feel like?
I'm genuinely curious about your answer.

One of the things I see most inside Harmony Within is a change in language.
Women come in saying "I can't," "I shouldn't," "maybe if I just..." And over time, without anyone telling them to change how they speak, they start saying "I'm not available for that," "that doesn't work for me," "I'm choosing something different."
Language is nervous system output. When the nervous system heals, the words change.
And sometimes that means going low contact with people who were never safe to begin with. Not with anger with clarity.
If you're ready for that kind of shift:

Shame lives in the body before it lives in the mind.
That's why you can intellectually know something wasn't your fault and still feel it in your chest, your stomach, your shoulders, as though it was. The mind updates faster than the nervous system.
The body needs something different to release shame. It needs movement, breath, sound, and safety. That's what Kundalini yoga offers.
Drop a 💛 if this landed.

Kundalini Yoga Training is not just for people who want to teach.
It's for anyone who is ready for the next level of their own transformation — finding their voice, getting steady in their presence, learning to say no without having to explain themselves. Learning to move from their soul's direction instead of their personality's fear.
A year of going all the way in.

If unusual things are happening during your Kundalini practice, read this.
Tingling in the hands or face: energy moving through the meridians.
Sudden emotions or tears: the body releasing what the mind stored.
Memories surfacing: the nervous system processing at a deeper level.
Yawning, sighing, shaking: the nervous system discharging tension. This is good.
Feeling floaty or disconnected: you've gone deep. Come back slowly.
None of this is weird. All of it is the practice working. Your body knows exactly what it's doing.
