Could something BIG be happening with my documentary "Little Girls Lost"?

Well, today was absolutely something else. I've been to the National Archives and have seen, touched and examined some of the best, most rarest and most heart-breaking artefacts I've ever seen - all in person, and all directly (sometimes painfully) related to my favourite video.

This project has suddenly become far bigger than just my existing documentary. Could more videos be in the pipeline? Quite possibly. But could there also be something else, something....very special and secret in the planning stages regarding this historic project? My lips are sealed.

After much thought, I have decided that the time has come to remake my infamous Piper Alpha documentary, now removed from the channel. But why was it infamous?

The documentary was constantly hit by bogus copyright claims, all removed after much effort on my part, only to happen again a few months later. Eventually, it was forcibly removed from YouTube with a frankly pathetic and over-the-top Copyright TAKEDOWN claim. Oddly enough, this all happened merely days before the BBC released their very own Piper Alpha documentary, a very poor program with about as much emotional punch as a bag of crisps.

My channel was unfairly damaged where other channels with Piper content remained unchanged. Some of these channels were even 'shock' channels, cooing over gory details and the loss of life, whereas my documentary was a heartfelt and personal video with never before seen images and information.

I think my Piper Alpha story deserves to be told, and the story of oilman John Woodcock deserves to be remembered. That said, my hand is forced - I will have no choice as but to use (sparingly) certain AI clips for reconstruction and image manipulation, otherwise the entire charade will simply happen again. The video, like all my others, will be 100% human narrated and feature REAL images and videos of things related to Piper Alpha (some never before seen), and AI will only be utilized in a tasteful and minimal way where no other option remains. I want to avoid ANY and ALL avenues for the British Bullshit Corporation to remove the video again. Look out for more updates soon!

Welcome to Through the Looking Glass!

You might have noticed a new look and name when you clicked on the channel today. I've officially updated the name from 'Left Hand Path Documentaries' to 'Through the Looking Glass'.

When I first started this channel, the original name was meant to represent taking the road less travelled—exploring the overlooked, the quieter corners of nature, and forgotten history. However, over time, it became clear that this occult themed name didn't match what this channel is actually about, or the kind of content I was producing.

Our journeys here have always been about stepping away from the noise of the modern world to discover quiet beauty: remembering forgotten lives, exploring local folklore, and taking peaceful walks through nature. I want to share more of this without every video needing to be a fully produced 30 minute documentary.

Through the Looking Glass captures the true spirit of this —stepping through a portal into a quiet, reflective world of story, atmosphere, and landscape.

What does this mean for future videos? All existing uploads remain right here on the channel. Moving forward, while you will still see the full 'TV Style' style documentary, I will also be making more more casual, authentic videos without any formal scripts or storyboards. Expect more relaxed "walk and talk" journeys, ambient nature walks, and spontaneous folklore explorations alongside the structured histories. Not every video needs to be a full TV-style production to tell a meaningful story.
