Over the weekend I showed 17 homes to both buyers and renters. We will be walking away with writing one offer and submitting two rental applications. Prayerfully both of our clients will get approval, and buyers offer will be accepted ✨🏠🙏🏽

We attended the Keller Williams Cappers Celebration yesterday and it was such a special moment to be recognized 🤍
If you are not in real estate, you might be wondering what it means to “cap.”
At Keller Williams, agents share a portion of their commission with the brokerage until they reach a set limit for the year. Once that number is reached, the agent keeps 100% of their commission for the rest of the year.
Capping represents consistency, closed transactions, and growth throughout the year. Grateful for the journey, the clients who trust me, and the support from our loved ones 🙏🏽
