A Personal Hello:
Hi, I'm B! AKA Bronwyn, Bryn (nickname), and most importantly, Mom. With over 20 years experience as a group fitness instructor, former personal trainer, and business development professional, I’m working hard to make exercise fun and doable for people of all fitness levels!
My goal is not only to get you moving, but to help you enjoy the time spent working your way to improved health. I teach classic step workouts (popular in the 1980s + 90s) through creative routines taught in an easy to follow way. Anyone can participate, whether with or without the use of a step!
I hope that you'll join this wonderful community of steppers from all over, and have fun getting fit!
