Hana - daily life in japan
Hello everyone, this is Hana.
First, I owe you an apology.
I couldn't post a video last week, and I couldn't post one this week either.
To everyone who looks forward to my videos every week, and to everyone who left comments and messages, I'm truly sorry.
And thank you.
I haven't been able to reply this past week, but I read every single message you sent.
It warmed my heart to know that so many people, in countries far away, who have never met me, were worried about me.
It made me feel, from the bottom of my heart, that I was right to keep making this channel.
Last Friday, my family's dog, Hana-chan ๐ถ, crossed the rainbow bridge.ย
She was 13 years old.
Yes, she had the same name as me.ย
She was named after the kanji in my name, and the channel name "Hana" comes from the same place.
It was so sudden. I was in shock, and it felt like there was a hole in my heart.
That weekend I went home to my parents' house, and our whole family was able to say goodbye to her together.
I needed a little time, but I'm okay now.
Videos will be back on Friday, September 18.
The next videos were filmed when I went home one week before Hana-chan crossed the rainbow bridge.
They are the last record of my time with her, so you'll see a lot of her, happy and well.
I hope you can watch them just as they are.
I'd like to talk about Hana-chan properly at the end of that series.
Thank you for always watching, and for waiting for me.
I hope you'll keep watching.
Hana

Hello everyone ๐ธ
Something sad happened in my family, and I'm taking the first train home tomorrow morning to be with them. So there won't be a video this week.
Please don't worry about me โ I'm safe, and this channel isn't going anywhere. I just need a little time with my family right now.
When I'm ready, I'll tell you about it properly. Until then, thank you for being here. Your kindness has carried me before, and just knowing you're there helps more than you know.
See you soon,
hana

Hello everyone โ๏ธ
Thank you so much for 5,000 subscribers! ๐๐ธ
When I woke up this morning, I discovered that more than 5,000 people had subscribed to this channel.
It still feels a little unbelievable that so many people have found and chosen to follow my ordinary daily life in the Japanese countryside ๐ฅน๐
On the days when things went well, the days when I made mistakes, and the days when I felt discouraged, you always watched over me and supported me with your kind words.
Even though we live in different countries and speak different languages, and despite our different ages, being able to connect with all of you through my videos brings me so much happiness and has become a tremendous source of support.
I carefully read every comment you send me. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for watching my videos, leaving such warm messages, and sharing these ordinary moments of my life with me ๐ฟ
Iโll continue sharing honest, everyday life in Japan at my own pace while being careful not to push myself too hard.
Iโm also excited to discover what kinds of scenery and moments we will share next ๐โจ
To all 5,000 of you, thank you so much!
I hope youโll continue watching over this channel and following its journey together with me ๐ค๐๐ธ

๐๐ญ 3,000 SUBSCRIBERS?!
I went to bed early last night โ yesterday was honestly the most shocking day I've had since starting work, and I just needed to shut my brain off and sleep it off ๐
And then I woke up... to find out we passed 3,000 subscribers while I was asleep?! I'm literally sitting here in shock all over again, except this time it's the good kind ๐ฅน
I still can't fully process that this many people out there care about my ordinary little life. Whatever bad day I have, waking up to something like this is exactly the kind of reminder I need that it's all worth it.
Thank you, thank you, thank you. I mean it with my whole heart ๐
More videos (and probably more chaos) coming soon โ see you there ๐ธ
Until then, let's make today a good day. ๐ค

Somewhere out there in the world, 2,000 of you are watching over my ordinary little days. I still can't quite believe it.
When I first started this channel, I never imagined this many people would ever watch ๐ฅน
Your warm comments and support give me the strength to get through my workdays ๐ชโจ
And all the life tips you've shared in the comments have saved me more times than I can count. Honestly, my life is being built together with all of you ๐๐
I'm planning to keep posting videos for a long time to come ๐น
If you can enjoy them and cheer me on at your own pace, that would make me so happy ๐ท
๐ Announcement: New Upload Schedule!
Since most of my videos are about my weekday life, I'll now be posting every Tuesday & Friday ๐๏ธโจ
And maybe... just maybe... there might be a surprise Sunday upload once in a while ๐๐

Summer in Japan is full of events! I'm planning to share summer festivals, fireworks, and more โ so please look forward to the rest of my summer videos ๐ง๐ป
(And yes... that yukata will finally make its debut ๐๐)
Balancing work and YouTube is honestly not easy, but I'll do my best with all of you in mind ๐๐ฅ
I'd be so happy if you keep spending time with my small everyday life ๐พ
Once again โ thank you for 2,000 subscribers!! ๐โโ๏ธ๐
See you in the next video ๐ธ

Hana - daily life in japan
Today, July 7th, is Tanabata (ไธๅค) โ the Star Festival in Japan ๐โจ
According to legend, two stars who are lovers โ Orihime the weaver princess and Hikoboshi the cowherd โ fell so deeply in love that they forgot their work. As a punishment, they were separated by the Milky Way, and now they can only meet once a year, on this very night.
In Japan, we write our wishes on small strips of colorful paper called "tanzaku" and hang them on bamboo branches, hoping they'll reach the stars ๐ Around this time of year, you can see bamboo decorated with colorful wishes at shopping streets, stations, and schools all over Japan. Some people also enjoy seasonal sweets and look up at the night sky, hoping the two stars can meet.
It's said that if it rains on Tanabata, the two lovers cannot cross the Milky Way โ so people quietly pray for clear skies, too โ๏ธ
My wish this year: to keep growing little by little, in work and in life โ and to share many more peaceful days with you all here ๐
Now it's your turn! If you could write a wish on a tanzaku tonight, what would it be? I'd love to read your wishes in the comments ๐
I hope the sky is clear tonight, wherever you are โจ๐ซ
