So health update -

For the past few months I experienced flareups in my Shoulder that would come and go.

Suspecting it was just poor form at the gym I didn't think much of it, sadly it would come back even days after the gym with just normal shoulder movements.

At comic-con I experienced very sharp and stinging and burning sensations in my arm and pins and needles that would extend from my shoulder all the way to my ring and pinky finger. It was pretty bad, made it hard to eat and I couldn't hold anything with my right arm without pain.

I got checked out yesterday at the doc, got X-rays and it looks like there's plates in my neck that are pinching a nerve that extends to my shoulder and right arm which has been causing the issue.

It's been getting better day by day, but I will be having to do PT. The doc mentioned taking medicine to help with inflammation, and even the possibility of surgery, but surgery not really seeming neccessary at this time of my life.

Hopefully with the PT I'll be all good, and I'm already feeling better having letting my arm rest, but yeah just wanted to give an update 🫡
