Liverights Guild -

Liverights Trust is a private members association helping members understand and use equity — the part of the law that asks what would be fair, not just what something costs.

We help members with counterclaim filings, private trust services, and trustee education through Private Trustee University, our 12-week training that comes free with membership. Members also get access to our private marketplace, member forum, eGuides, and mediation and arbitration services.

Research began in 2006.

The association was first formed as Birthright PMA and is now Liverights Trust, based in Montana.

Membership is $1,500/year, with payment plans available.

New podcast episodes teach the foundations: law vs. equity, what a private trust actually is, and how trustees keep their duties.
