What are your plans for the weekend? I’m making Spanish Paella with my family! 🥘

You might not know this, but making paella has been a deep-rooted tradition of ours for the last 15 years. We actually have a professional, family-only competitive team called "Paellólogos" (Paellologists), and we enter tournaments throughout the year.

Why the name? 

My family is entirely made up of scientists and doctors—oceanologists, microbiologists, neurologists, haha! So, naturally, we had to become certified Paellologists too. 🔬👨‍⚕️
