🇺🇸 25 Years Later — We Remember. 🕯️
September 11, 2001 is a day that forever changed our nation.
Today, we pause the laughter, the jokes, and the everyday moments to remember the lives that were lost, the families who never got to say one more “I love you,” and the first responders who ran toward danger while others were trying to escape it.
We remember the firefighters, police officers, emergency workers, service members, volunteers, and ordinary people who showed extraordinary courage.
We remember those who went to work that morning and never came home.
We remember the families who have carried their absence for 25 years.
And we remember how, in the middle of unimaginable heartbreak, people reached for one another.
Some of us remember exactly where we were that morning. Others were too young—or weren't born yet—but remembrance belongs to every generation.
Today is a time for remembrance.
Today is about them.
May we speak their names, honor their lives, remember their courage, and never allow their stories to fade.
