Team Cryptid Robotics
This channel is for bot builds and guides about combat robotics. My goal is to grow the sport, build hype for my bots and make guides for all the things I wish existed when I got into combat robotics.
Current Bots:
Bigfoot (Antweight lifter)
Hodag (Beetleweight punch-spinner)
Past Bots:
Jackalope (Plastic ant lifter)
Ozark Howler (Antweight beater bar)
Wendy Wendigo (Plastic Ant undercutter)
Skunk Ape (Antweight vert)

The list for MRCA finals had been posted! Hodag and Bigfoot both made it in! Huge improvement over last year with no bots qualified. Here is the video on how Bigfoot did back in 2024, hopefully we'll do better this year.

Beast of Bray road and Amalgum are ready for SEMO this weekend. My mom will be driving Amalgum. I realized this week they both are just made from old parts. Also I made way more new bots this year than initially planned. @SEMOCombatRobotics #robotcombat ##combatrobotics

I'm happy to announce that I'm hosting an event in the Madison, WI area! It's September 26th at the Kickback. It'll just be antweights and we're keeping it small for our first event, but it will be an MRCA qualifier. I'll post more details as it gets closer.
Here is the RCE listing: www.robotcombatevents.com/events/8705

I'm planning on doing a tier list stream for the SCAR kits from team Malice. Let me know of any examples of builders actually running them, especially the less popular ones.

The Indiana Oasis Panda Express has given us our fortune for this weekend's NHRL! "Opportunity knocks every day - be sure to answer it" Definitely sounds more promising than last year. @NHRL @NHRL-BrettZone

Solidworks is completely inoperable right now and I don't have anything else prepared, so I'm going to reschedule the stream. I'll see you next week to go over Harbor City Riot this weekend and my upcoming NHRL event. Sorry to let you down and thank you for understanding.
