25 years ago...a very sad day in our country's history...appreciating all our first responders who answered the call that day...A few weeks ago, ‪@PSPTommyG‬ stayed at an IHG in Le Claire, Iowa...this hotel chain supports the Tunnel to Towers foundation and what is the Tunnel to Towers mission?

"Since 9/11, we have been helping America’s heroes by providing mortgage-free homes to Gold Star and fallen first responder families with young children and by building specially-adapted smart homes for catastrophically injured veterans and first responders. Children of the Foundation’s home recipients are offered full scholarships for undergraduate degrees and accredited trade school programs, helping secure their futures. We are also committed to eradicating veteran homelessness and helping America to Never Forget September 11, 2001."

While at the hotel, I purchased raffle tickets for the diamond art first responders/military portrait and I am so honored to have won that raffle. ❤️🤍💙 Placing this in my devotional/praying room where I can see it daily and be reminded of that day and the prayers that are still needed. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Pictures from Skyline Drive in Canon City, CO...thank you again to ‪@Mild_Hogz‬ for recommending this 3 mile drive high above the city...it's a narrow one way road and a must see if in the area. We met Dylan and Taylor at the top and Taylor told us about the high school class of 1982 planting trees across the highway. If you look very carefully, and I enlarged a pic to help, you can se "1982"...how cool is that? There are also dinosaur tracks embedded into the cliff face on Skyline Drive. Pretty cool place to visit! 💜🙏🏼🤗Have a blessed day, everyone!

Guess whose stickers ‪@PSPTommyG‬​ found at the world's highest Harley store in Silverton, CO?? None other than ‪@Mild_Hogz‬​ ...we left some of our stickers on the bench outside...if you go there, let us know if they're still there! Beverly took some great pics and we chatted about riding...she is an instructor for MSF in Denver, CO. Had a great time in Silverton. Oh, isn't she pretty? My Spyder of course, lol! We spent three days in Delta, Colorado with the lovely Janusz and Renata at the Value Lodge Inn...but then it was time to say goodbye to Room 22 and head south to Ouray and on the Million Dollar Highway. Beautiful spot for some pics at the Switzerland of America Lookout Point. ‪@PSPTommyG‬

Saw this cool store in Trinidad, Colorado and stopped for a pic...then I decided to find out which is bigger? The smart car or the Spyder....the Can-Am is longer, lol. But ‪@PSPTommyG‬ shows just how much leg room there is. We met Carol, the owner of the Tire Shop...which isn't a tire shop at all...it's a liquor store but she kept the name from years ago. We have met some of the nicest folks in our travels! Hope you all have a great day! 💜🙏🏼🤗
