The professional video you have been putting off for two years is not your problem. The 40-second phone clip you could shoot on Tuesday is.
Hand your phone to a program staffer. Ask them one question: "What happened today that you want people to know about?" Let them answer. Do not script it. Post it.
The shaky camera and the "um" in the middle is evidence that a real human was doing real work. That is the entire point. Your donors have spent fifteen years training themselves to scroll past anything that looks like an ad.
