My body has been telling me to slow down, and I’m finally listening. 🧘🏻♀️🫶🏼
After weeks of overworking myself, dealing with swollen knees, body aches, and feeling completely worn out, I finally took some time to rest and went for my very first massage. It was exactly what my body needed.
Today, I’m putting my legs up, reclining, and allowing myself to rest without feeling guilty. Sometimes taking care of everyone else means we forget to take care of ourselves. 🤍
Rest is not laziness. Rest is necessary. ✨

It’s been a busy week filled with appointments, but we wanted to take a moment to show love and support for heart health. Both of my boys, Julian and AJ, have been diagnosed with heart defects, and today we wear red to raise awareness and honor their strength. ❤️
