A little update on something I've been building quietly in the background.
Over the past months, the premium community has really grown into something. Module two on Taking Yourself Back after or during a relationship with an avoidant is now fully online, which means there's a whole library of in-depth courses in there by now, on the things I can only scratch the surface of here on YouTube. Deactivating strategies, the stay-or-leave question, shutdown, setting boundaries with avoidants, and much more coming.
On top of that there's the AI companion you can talk to at 3am when the overthinking hits (that I also develop further will full passion), guided meditations, and a community of people who are working through exactly the same patterns as you.
I add a new course every single week, next to producing videos for this channel, my day job as an agency owner and my relationship. Some weeks that's a tight squeeze, but it's worth it every time, because I see what people in there are doing with this material.
