If Earth were the size of Jupiter, but our planes stayed exactly as fast as they are today, a London-to-Sydney flight would take roughly 9 days in the air.
The distance would jump from about 17,000 km to around 186,000 km.
And because no current airliner could fly that far on one tank, you’d probably need something like 11–13 flight legs. With connections and breaks, the flight would take 12 days in the air. So on this flight, would you prefer the Window seat or the Aisle seat?
