Be kind, but have boundaries. Be respectful, but don't feel obligated to give everyone unlimited access to your time and energy.
Remember, building a meaningful life requires more than ambition. It requires discipline, self awareness, emotional maturity and the wisdom to choose your circle carefully.
Protect your focus. Budget your time wisely. Stay consistent with your goals. And never let the need for everyone's approval distract you from the life you want to build.

On September 11, U.S. Ambassador Sergio Gor met Manipur Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh in Imphal and spoke about strengthening U.S.–India ties and economic cooperation.
Just days later, the Matthew VanDyke case took another turn. After being granted default bail, VanDyke and six Ukrainian nationals were allowed to travel to the U.S. and Ukraine for a month, subject to court conditions. The NIA investigation into the Myanmar-linked case continues. 0
