I have now sent out all the emails for the voice actors and artists who auditioned for my Halloween specials this year (Forever Faithful Revisited and Follow Your Roots, as well as a Hazbin Hotel fanfic). I don't usually post about it publicly, since I usually like to keep casts somewhat secret for fun, but more people than usual have said my emails got caught in their spam filters than usual and a lot of those I emailed have not replied, so if you auditioned please check in case your acceptance message went into your junk folder by mistake!

Today Youtube has demonetized my channel based on "misleading family content" Let me make this clear: I DON'T make content for kids. Even though Youtube keeps age-gating some of my videos, my audience is a GENERAL AUDIENCE. And according to my Youtube Analytics, only 9% of my channel views come from those under 18. Thousands of channels make MLP content with parodies of existing characters. The humor I have is adult or mature humor.
I honestly don't know what to do, everyone. Youtube is my main source of income, this has quite literally given me the biggest panic attack of my life. If I cannot get monetization back, Magpiepony as a channel is on hiatus until further notice. (That means no more Ask Ponies, no more animations, no more anything!) Right now, the best way you can help is by tweeting @teamyoutube on X about this, contacting Youtube directly, and in the meantime supporting my patreon until I can come up with something else. My livlihood and my content creation is at stake here, and I am beside myself right now."
