For a great (very affordable) haircut in Mazatlan, I highly recommend Soyi at Bety’s Internacional! I like my hair *really* short and she did a fantastic job! She’s cut my hair several times now, and she’s consistently excellent. 💇🏻✂️💅💁♀️
