I am a retired Registered Nurse, speaker, holistic health advocate, and author of four health and wellness books. My passion is helping people reclaim their health and experience total wellness through a holistic, whole-person approach.
Years ago, I was critically ill, struggling with multiple health challenges. That turning point led me on a powerful healing journey. By embracing a plant-based lifestyle, moderate exercise, adequate rest and sleep, time in nature, fresh air, sunlight, prayer, and meditation, I transformed my health—mind, body, and spirit.
Today, I’m living proof that healing is possible. Through this channel, I share practical guidance, encouragement, and real-life strategies to help you take ownership of your health and create lasting wellness.
If you’re ready to begin—or continue—your own healing journey, I invite you to walk this path with me.

A Tragic Chapter in the History of Indigenous Peoples of the Americas
Before European colonization began in 1492, an estimated 60.5 million Indigenous people lived throughout North, Central, and South America.
By 1600, that population had declined to approximately 6 million people.
That represents a staggering 90% population decline—approximately 55 million lives lost in just over a century.
Disease, warfare, massacres, enslavement, forced labor, and displacement contributed to one of the greatest human catastrophes in recorded history.
This is a part of history that must never be forgotten.

1 Thessalonians 5:18 (KJV)
“In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.”
Meaning: We are encouraged to maintain an attitude of gratitude in every circumstance—not necessarily giving thanks for every hardship, but finding reasons to be thankful even in the midst of difficulties.
Gratitude is not about having a perfect life. It is about recognizing our blessings even when life is imperfect.
