Later, I combined my expertise to found Deliver Capital, securing over $100 million in funding for small businesses across the U.S.
Now, I’m developing a fintech platform to connect consumers and lenders, improving approval rates for those who’ve struggled to qualify.

Just created an LLC? Don't rush into applying for business funding.
Get your EIN, separate your finances, maintain clean records, build your business credit profile, and research lenders before submitting applications.
The goal isn't just to look fundable. It's to build a business that can qualify.
Up to $250K within 90 days is a goal, not a guarantee. Your eligibility depends on your credit profile, revenue, financials, and lender requirements.

American citizens are paying about $260 more a month on a $400,000 home loan than they were in July.
I've sat on the approval side of the desk. The headline rate is only half the story. The other half is how ready your file looks when you apply.
Swipe to see what it means for your payment and what to do first.
Thinking about a loan soon? Comment CHECK and I'll send you the link to check your profile before you apply.

Millions of business owners are getting ready to retire. Someone has to buy those businesses.
I spent 22 years on the approval side of the desk. I've read the files. And here's what I can tell you: buying a business is rarely paid for with cash alone.
It's usually built in layers. A lender loan. A down payment. Sometimes the seller carries part of it.
That's not free money. It's a loan you repay, and it depends on the deal, your profile, and the lender. But it means you may not need the full price sitting in your bank account.

Some banks advertise personal loans up to $100,000. The fine print decides who gets them. 👀
Going into BER season, here's what three big banks advertise:
Wells Fargo: $3,000 to $100,000 (existing customers only)
Citi: $2,000 to $30,000, up to $50,000 for eligible Citi customers
U.S. Bank: up to $50,000 for existing customers, up to $25,000 for everyone else
The pattern: the biggest number usually goes to people who already bank there. And what you actually get depends on your credit, your term, and your debt payments. So before you apply:
1️⃣ Find out which limit applies to you (existing customer or new)
2️⃣ Read your credit reports and look for mistakes
3️⃣ Compare your monthly debt payments to your income
4️⃣ Comment "CHECK" and I'll send you the tool to see where you stand and what to fix before applying

You don't have one credit score. You have several. 👀
This September, the agency that oversees Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac opened VantageScore 4.0 to all approved mortgage lenders. FICO is still allowed too.
That's a mortgage rule. But it shows something every borrower should know: different scoring models can read the same credit report differently, and every lender picks its own.
So before you apply for a personal loan:
1️⃣ Ask which score the lender uses
2️⃣ Read your credit reports and look for mistakes
3️⃣ Think about how many new applications you're about to add
4️⃣ Comment "CHECK" and I'll send you the tool to see where you stand and what to fix before applying
Even with the same score, lenders can offer different terms. Know where you stand before you apply.

Personal loans just hit a record $281 billion. 📈
26.9 million people now have one, and new loans are up almost 20% in a year.
Here's what I'd tell anyone before they apply. More lenders in the game doesn't mean everyone gets the same deal. Your profile still decides your rate.
Know where you stand before a lender does. Comment CHECK and I'll send you the Personal Loan Checker.

Lenders just got a faster way to verify your income.
Experian connected with Workday, and that check can now reach a lot more people. It doesn't make approval easier. It just means your numbers get matched sooner.

Your credit score isn't the whole file
A great credit score opens the file. It doesn't close it.
On the approval side, the score was the first thing I looked at. Never the last.
Experian lists what personal loan lenders weigh beyond it: payment history, consistent income, and your debt to income ratio.
That last one is where a big income can still read tight on paper. Mortgage, car note, cards, existing loans. They all count against what you earn.
Run your DTI with the new payment included before you apply.
Want to know how your whole file reads before a lender sees it? The Readiness Check needs no documents. Comment CHECK.
