If all you see online are perfect before-and-afters, you’re only seeing part of the story.
Recovery after a mommy makeover isn’t glamorous. There’s swelling. There’s discomfort. There are days when you question your decision and wonder if everything is healing the way it should. For many women, there’s a moment where they think, "What did I do?"—and that’s completely normal.
Scars take time to mature. Swelling can last for months. Healing happens gradually, both physically and emotionally.
And then there’s something that doesn’t get talked about enough: the outside opinions.
