Tomorrow, Mark Leeman and Stacy Uliana will go before the Indiana Court of Appeals and present oral arguments in support of a new trial for Richard Allen.

In case you missed it, Leeman argued on behalf of Richard Allen and his trial attorneys before the Supreme Court of Indiana in Jan. 2024 (supporting the original action filed by @Wienekelo et al) requesting that the high court issue an extraordinary writ reinstating Rick's original attorneys. Leeman and Wieneke were successful and Rick's attorneys were immediately reinstated.
