Welcome to Animated Memories.
This channel is about the stories behind the characters, cartoons, comics, and animated worlds that became part of our lives.
I don't just cover what happened on screen. I dive into the history and industry behind it — how characters were created, who created them, h
ow comics became cartoons, and how cartoons became billion-dollar franchises.
From struggling creators and indie comics to major publishers, animation studios, and TV networks, I trace the journey behind the final product.
Why was a character created? How did a small comic become a worldwide phenomenon? What changed when it moved from page to screen? And how did these characters become bigger than the stories they started in?
Every character has a history. Every franchise has a story. And sometimes the most interesting part happened long before we ever watched the cartoon.
This is Animated Memories.
