Hey everyone! I want to thank you for all the support on my recent video! I did not expect it to pop off as much as it has, especially considering how different the topic is compared to my older videos.
I also want to shoutout those who pointed out some small mistakes that were made within it. Making videos on topics that I'm not super familiar with is always a little daunting so, ensuring that every piece of information is accurate is exceptionally difficult. Point being, I appreciate those who corrected small bits within the video in a professional manner!
Furthermore, I know many want me to make more videos on famous skate spots. This is something I am highly considering, though I would like to make documentaries on other topics that interest me too. At the moment my channel is in this weird "transition" state. I'm still trying to figure out which style (such as editing) I want to approach my videos. Plus, I'm kind of treating my channel as a "portfolio" if that makes any sense? I notice that when I'm interested in a topic, the more passion goes into a video (which I'm sure many have noticed from a bunch of youtubers).
Anyway, without going too much into detail, I think it'd be fun to focus a bit more on sports (such as baseball) and potentially try out documentary/video essay formats on famous internet series/media. Not sure if that's something I will do, though it's a thought!
After 4 months I can finally announce my newest project! Without spoiling too much, I am bringing back the "history" style with skateboarding! And this is my longest video in over two years! Also, this video has been quite experimental as I changed my editing style and created my first animatics. So, feel free to give some constructive criticism if that's your thing!
Heyyo! Sorry for the lack of updates, this video has been quite challenging to make.
I've been learning a new editing style, all while trying to create a good flow for the video. It's been extremely fun but also exceptionally difficult. The reason why is because I've been learning after effects (a program that I have not had much experience with in the past). Furthermore, my hardware has.. limited me in a lot of aspects. It's common for me to deal with graphical glitches/tears while rendering clips, though I've fortunately been able to manage quite well so far.
I will admit this is possibly my best work so far. However, I do not know when the video will be finalized. Though, I do expect it to be about an hour long.

I'm hoping to start and finish the narration by tonight. While I can't say with certainty how long the video will be, I expect it to be at least an hour long. This means it has a chance of being the longest video on this channel (and also one of the longest to produce lol). Point being, I do NOT know when the video will be finalized, nor released. However, It's important that I, at the least keep you updated with some of the progress made.
Anyway, I hope you all have a good rest of your week. Make sure you treat yourself well :)

Also, finished a near 10,000 word script for the next video. So, once this one is released I can immediately start on the narration.
