I did want some time to address this as there has been a good amount of traction revolving within twitter, between when it happened and of course now.
A lot of opinions, lot of hurt feelings and bad words being thrown around currently. (And for the sake of safety, I'm not going to address anybody by the names.)

Within the Armada specifically the Bubbies, there were some allegations being thrown at an artist who was accused of using AI. I remember seeing it in the morning, retweeting it because I thought it looked awesome. Didn't really think much about it. Especially with the events we have coming up, I tend to check our art tags and retweet the lovely art we've been given.

And afterwards I was tagged, multiple times- lots of people warning me (it was very jarring.) saying hey- that it's generated, saying I need to remove my Retweet, and so on and so forth. I remember responding and saying "that's upsetting."

At no point did I ever say more than just that. I had assumed that this wasn't some baseless claim.

And this is something that does happen often in this community. This isn't the first time where somebody thought that art that was created for us was AI assisted or generated- and it was debunked or proven. As a matter of fact this is very common now. AI generation itself is what is to blame for the confusion at its core, but that is no excuse.

And truth be told, I'm very confused as well as disappointed with how this all rolled out. I'm very sorry that this happened.

And to the artist who was accused, you didn't deserve that. Any threats or hate that's been given to you or anybody because of this situation, I apologize.
And to whomever is making threats, to whoever is looking to inflict that kind of agenda- please for the love of god, do not do that. We don't condone that type of behavior. Baseless accusations without proper proof is ridiculous.

After this year goes by, It will be 3 years that I've been within this company. And within my time here not once have I ever had to put my foot down like THIS. I don't enjoy having to lecture or use this stern tone.

I know how it feels to have hate come your way. I think that's why it hurts the most. There were times in my career where I had been through those same exact notions. The nights spent crying, feeling unsafe and not welcomed.
There's no worse feeling that that. I'm very sorry that they experienced it all in one day.

I know some of you may be asking, well why the hell are you using this and not twitter/x? Quite frankly, everything on that website is multiplied by 10 when it comes to trolls and goofy ass people who only wish to make
the situation worse. Genuinely awful seeing some of the comments revolving around this situation. It will only take you moment to see them. Adding absolutely nothing to the topic. If you genuinely care about these matters, slinging negative words is not the way to go about these things, and Twitter isn't exactly a platform for those with good intentions. It would be insincere to keep it brief, so I believe an elaborate post here would be much more appropriate.

Going forward, if there is a situation like this ever again: Expect me to take time to respond.

I will more than likely be making a set of rules/changes going forward in regards to my streams and for my community. Things like this should not happen, and we need to adjust and improve so that nobody gets hurt. We have some very cool and fun events coming up, and I would appreciate if we can keep it together to the best of our abilities.

Bubbies and Gubbies, when you wear my Oshi-mark and hold it happily, remember you are representing me. Witch hunting, claims with no research, and threatening others aren't things I support.
