I just the most random reread of Book Lovers. I think I needed a bit of love that I could count on 😅 although Intermezzo kind of had an unconventional happy ending. Idk it was a journey 🙃 but it reminded me of how much I love Sally Rooney.
My husband finally gave me back my copy of Breath (which he loved!) so now I get to find out all the ways I’m breathing improperly LOL
I finished a powerlifting meet with my husband (I know, random), and it was the best time! I might post a photo or two.
Would you guys be into a regular life vlog with some books as opposed to straight books? It would make it easier to get you something besides just my monthly wrap up (which is coming this Saturday!!) -Lemme know what you think.
This wall is my child. My inanimate child. Journals happened, channeling our inner Louise Carmen. Scones too (vlog evidence forthcoming)! The scones resemble despair, but they taste divine 😤😤
Last night we had a little vision board game night moment at my house and it was such a little vibe 🥹
This year has been such a tough one for me (also good, but mostly tough 😅) and so I’m pretty excited to look ahead and get myself excited for a better year 🤞
Did you guys do anything for nye?? Leave a comment if you did!!
*me scrambling to finish editing the weekly video*
I hope your holiday time is going well!! This is what I’m reading at the moment (for the Sophocles l’m only reading Antigone)
still suffering from burnout, exhaustion, searching for the meaning of life 😅😅 it’s definitely a one-page-at-a-time moment BUT at least I’m surrounded by books
Okay so obviously I’m unwell because I finished the first hunger games and the handmaids tale in less than 3 days ☠️☠️☠️
And I do fear that now that I’m on chapter 2 of the selection I am enjoying myself, likely because I just finished the hunger games and televised disorder sounds like the most exciting thing ever. Catching fire is in the pic bc I gave book 1 back to my sister and she immediately handed me book 2 😅
Also, I cut my hair and I think I’m officially leaving corporate America because she’s just not it 🙃🙃

Today’s video is pending 😅 I recorded it without sound somehow?
Also, reworking the TBR jar. Did I miss anything?

Girl I thought this was a holiday hallmark movie and then I got to chapter 3. Ummm I signed up for whimsy, not family trauma 😭😭

Hi!!!
Okay so I need help. From the literary graveyard of my last video (the DNFs), which book deserves resurrection?
I solemnly swear, on a stack of unread novels, that I’ll read the winner, even if only two of you vote! 😅😅
