Jimmie Bratcher
I’m Jimmie Bratcher — The Electric Rev.
I play blues-rock, preach Jesus, tell stories, and show up wherever the door opens — from prison yards and churches to reservations and concert stages.
Around here you’ll find original music, lyric videos, stories from the road, and messages rooted in grace, identity, hope, and the finished work of Jesus.
I believe your past doesn’t get the final word. You’re not too old, too late, or too far gone to live what God has put in your heart.
This is music with some miles on it. Gospel with some grit. And what I call The Ministry of Showin’ Up.
So pull up a chair, turn it up, and stick around.

Apparently, today is National Bacon Lovers Day.
Fortunately, I came prepared.
If you’ve ever been awakened by bacon sizzling in a skillet—or smelled it from the other end of the house—this song is for you.
“Ain’t nothing shaking till you’ve got bacon.”
Watch “Bacon On My Mind,” then answer the serious question:
Crispy or chewy?
