3xM International - Media Mission
Leadership multiplication isn't about creating copies.
It's about equipping local believers to lead, disciple, and train others within their own language and culture.
When local leaders begin equipping other local leaders, training becomes multiplication.
**Equip. Lead. Multiply.**

Meet Miyuki.
In a new video series from our Japan team, this young woman navigates social pressure, questions of belonging, and the challenges of everyday life.
Along the way, she discovers comfort, hope, and the embrace of Jesus through her Christian faith.
Through Miyuki’s story, we hope young people can see that faith in Jesus speaks into real life.
**Sometimes we recognize hope when we see our own story reflected on the screen.**

Some questions need patience, not arguments.
When Amine in Morocco first connected with our team, he was argumentative and had many questions about faith.
Instead of arguing back, the team listened, showed kindness, and patiently answered his questions.
Those online conversations eventually became face-to-face meetings.
Sometimes faith begins with someone simply being willing to listen.

Sometimes transformation begins in a place no one else can see.
A person watches a video. A question begins to grow. A message of hope reaches someone who may have never spoken openly about faith.
In Afghanistan, one small moment can become the beginning of a much deeper journey.
This is why media mission matters.
Behind every view is a person. Behind every question is a story. And God can use even one message to open the door to hope, relationship and discipleship.
Please pray for those in Afghanistan who are searching, and for the believers faithfully sharing the hope of Christ.
**Hope can begin in the quiet places.**

Digital media can help someone hear about Jesus.
But when they respond, someone needs to be there.
In 2025, one of our ministry partners personally followed up with more than
**4,600 Afghan seekers**.
Partnership helps strengthen the teams behind those conversations.
**Reaching people matters. Being there when they respond matters too.**

What began with training in Dakar is now spreading.
Local leaders are using digital media to reach people in Wolof, including growing audiences in rural areas—and they are now training others across Senegal.
**That is leadership multiplication in action.**

30 new leaders were recently trained for digital ministry in Peshawar, Pakistan.
Each one represents new opportunities to reach people, begin conversations about Jesus, and strengthen discipleship within their own communities.
**This is what movement looks like:** local believers equipped to reach others—and carry the work forward.

For an entire year, she quietly listened to conversations about Jesus online.
Then one day, she spoke:
**“I guess, in short, I have become a follower of Jesus.”**
Sometimes we see the impact of digital ministry immediately.
Sometimes God is working quietly for months before we ever know.
**Behind every view may be a story we cannot yet see.**

Training becomes even more powerful when it multiplies.
As Afghan believers are equipped to reach and disciple others in their own communities, leadership begins to grow from within.
**Equip leaders. Develop disciples. Multiply the impact.**

**We were never meant to do this alone.**
Some create. Some train. Some follow up. Some pray. Some give.
Millions of people can be reached through digital media, but reaching them is only the beginning.
It takes local believers and faithful partners working together to help people discover Jesus and grow as disciples.
**There is a place for each of us in the mission.**
