I am a Jungian-informed spiritual practitioner focused on self-awareness, sovereignty, personal agency, and helping others to develop the skills to create meaningful change in their lives.
My journey includes healing from significant trauma, narcissistic abuse and domestic violence. I have confronted and changed unhealthy patterns, low self-esteem and inadequate boundaries. I have also overcome major setbacks, including a period of self-destruction that eventually led to incarceration.
Today, I have found my voice and my inner peace. This did not happen because of luck, opportunity, or someone rescuing me. It began at rock bottom, when I made a serious commitment to myself: do the work, face difficult truths, take responsibility for my choices, and stop abandoning the person who had been with me my entire life — me. I cannot change the trauma I experienced. But I have absolute authority over what I choose to do with my life now.
That philosophy is at the heart of my work here.
