🗣️ Being a good leader isn’t always enough.
You can have experience.
You can have talent.
You can have a great strategy.
And still fail.
Why?
Because a good decision in the wrong context can become a bad decision.
Leadership doesn’t happen in a vacuum.
What worked there may not work here.
What worked then may not work now.
Before we try to change an organization, lead a team, or execute a strategy, we have to learn how to read the environment—the culture, power, systems, timing, and external forces operating around us.
