This is a special process that my guides gave me a couple of weeks ago, and it was shared in FOCUS Group. I had an impulse to share it here as well. Many of you are integrating scared fractals'/parts. This can't be done from the human mind, you must feel your Higher Self fully within, which puts you in your heart space.
If there is a scared part looping and you can't quiet your mind, please do this step first, and only this step. You don't need to rush into integrating the scared part, quieting the mind is the priority. Once you have comfortably established peace in your mind, you will be able to fully call in your Higher Self.

Old structures.

Old ideas about what is possible.

But what if we stopped focusing exclusively on what is leaving and became curious about what all of this newly available space is making possible?

What if there are higher available timelines that your physical senses simply cannot perceive yet?

And what if something wonderful is already moving toward physical expression?

Before we enter the activation, we'll explore a few questions:

Can I remain centered in my Heart while the exterior changes?

Can I maintain my own state of safety and Inner Authority?

Can I trust what I know before I can see it?

Can I allow an old reality to complete without abandoning myself as it changes?

And then:

Am I willing to become available to something wonderful that my human mind hasn't even considered yet?

✨ At exactly 5:05 PM PDT, we enter The Equinox Portal.

We'll begin by calling our Higher Selves fully into our bodies and entering zero point within the Heart—the stillness where we aren't pushing against what has been or reaching forward trying to make something happen.

Nothing to chase.

Nothing to prove.

Nothing to figure out.

From this Heart-centered stillness, we'll connect with Gaia and then allow our consciousness to expand beyond the limitations of what our physical senses currently show us and into the cosmos—the realm of pure potential and infinite possibility.

And then...

we won't ask the human mind to choose what happens next.

We won't decide what our higher timeline should look like.

We'll simply observe.

What feeling, essence, image or idea presents itself?

Maybe you see something.

Maybe you feel something.

Maybe an idea suddenly appears.

Maybe you simply know.

And maybe the Universe surprises you.

Whatever presents itself, we'll allow its essence to move from the field of possibility into the Heart, the body and our physical experience.

Because perhaps the question isn't:

“How do I create the reality I want?”

Perhaps it's:

“What wonderful possibility is already available—and am I available to receive it?”

You don't need to figure out the bridge between here and there.

Your Higher Self knows.

The ingredients of Creation are already being tended to and adored by Source. The Universe is responding. Cooperative components are gathering, and the breadcrumbs can reveal themselves according to your readiness to receive them.

Something wonderful wants to come into your physical reality.

Let's meet it together. ✨

The graph continues to reflect what many of us are experiencing energetically: another timeline jump accompanied by more deep dissolution.

More of the structures that were created through fear, separation and distortion are becoming increasingly difficult to carry forward.

And as these structures dissolve, the energy held within them may surface.

Fear may surface.

Old memories may surface.

A scared part may suddenly become very loud.

An old reaction you thought was gone may appear again.

But perhaps its appearance doesn’t mean you’re moving backward.

Perhaps it is appearing because there is finally enough Light present for it to be loved and integrated!

So today I want you to notice:

Are you loving and integrating the scared parts that are surfacing... or are you allowing those scared parts to scare you even more?

When fear appears, we don’t have to follow it into another story.

Call your Higher Self fully into your body.

Come back into the heart and become still.

And from that aligned space, allow the scared part to come forward—not to be rejected, fixed or sent away, but to be embraced in your pure Source Love and Light.

There is a very different experience available when we stop allowing fear to lead us and instead become the loving presence that fear has been seeking.

Ascension Guidance & Schumann Resonance Update

We are continuing to see more spikes of release on the Schumann Resonance graph, and energetically these waves are supporting the dissolution of more and more of the distorted systems and structures of the 3rd Dimension.

What has been held in density cannot remain unchanged as more Light becomes available. Old structures, old identities, old agreements and ways of relating that were created within separation are becoming increasingly difficult to sustain.

And this week's live Ascension Guidance & Schumann Resonance Update is going somewhere especially important.

Have you been called selfish—or felt selfish—in your awakening journey?

Sometimes the people closest to us—spouses, family members and friends—struggle to understand why we're changing. And when you begin listening to your Heart, honoring your Inner Authority, establishing healthy boundaries and no longer abandoning yourself to keep everyone else comfortable, someone may call that selfish.

I've even had spouses and family members of clients tell me that I was teaching their loved one to be selfish.

And my response might surprise you.

Before you scowl at me, let's define selfishness.

Selfishness means vibrational alignment with Self.

And who is Self?

Self is Source.

Self is pure positive energy.
Self is worthy.
Self is clear-minded.
Self is healthy.
Self is full of vitality.
Self is here for the expansion of all humanity.

Self is your Organic Frequency before the world told you who you needed to be in order to be loved, accepted, approved of or safe.

Putting yourself first does not mean disregarding others.

It means stopping the pattern of disregarding yourself.

You can love someone without abandoning yourself.

You can care about how someone feels without making their feelings the authority over your choices.

You can care without carrying.

And if maintaining harmony requires you to continually leave yourself behind, is that actually harmony?

Your Higher Self isn't asking you to become less loving. Your Higher Self is inviting you to become so deeply aligned with Love that you no longer confuse Love with self-abandonment.

You cannot lead from behind.

During the live, I'll share this entire message and take us much deeper into what Self is Source actually means as we move into greater expressions of Unity Consciousness.

Ascension Guidance & Schumann Resonance Update | Deep Purging & An Underlying Peace

Today’s Schumann Resonance graph seems to reflect what many are feeling right now: deep, deep purging.

Dense energies are surfacing—not because something has gone wrong, but because they are seeking Light and Love.What has been hidden, compressed, resisted, or carried within the human experience may be coming forward because there is now greater Light available for it to be seen, loved, integrated and, where appropriate, completed.

I know many of you are also becoming increasingly aware of Conditioned Identities.

This can be a sensitive subject, particularly when those identities are intertwined with family, spouses and the people closest to us.

We don't always have the words to explain what we are experiencing internally. As we begin changing, some people around us may feel threatened or confused by those changes, while others simply may not want to hear about what we are experiencing.

There is no judgment in any of this.

But it does invite us to remain anchored in our own Inner Authority while allowing others their experience.

Many Ascension teachings speak about the completion of karma during this Ascension window and realm shift. The Higher Realms are also bringing forward another layer for us to explore: changes occurring within Monad and Soul Group structures and how those changes may be releasing us into an entirely new Creation.

Family Structures and Soul Group Structures are completing.

What is actually complete?
What is asking to be integrated?
What am I continuing because of a Conditioned Identity?
And where is my energy guiding me NOW?

And underneath all of this movement, something beautiful happened for me today.

I felt guided to share this update because I have tapped into an incredibly deep state of pure peace.

This morning, I took my time.

Before moving into my day, I became intentional about the experiences I wanted to have. I knew I had private clients today, and I simply asked for tranquility to be present in my day.

What arrived was deeper than I expected.

A quiet, comforting, embodied peace.

Not because everything outside of me suddenly became still, but because I became available to the tranquility within me.

It feels so deep and comforting that I wanted to bring this frequency into our sacred container today and amplify it with all of you.

Perhaps this is also part of what these September energies are showing us.

Dense energy can be moving.

Old emotions can be surfacing.

Relationships and Soul structures can be changing.

Scared fractal parts can be asking for our attention.

And peace can still be present underneath all of it.

We don't have to become the density simply because we can feel it.

We can remain fully in the body.

We can call our Higher Self fully IN.

We can stay in our Light.

And from that place of energetic alignment, we can lovingly invite whatever is surfacing to come Home to the Heart.

Today, I invite you to experience this tranquility with me and my guides brought in some wisdom about a very sensitive subject, family and spouses during ascension.

I will share this piece with you and we will end this session by aligning with deep peace and tranquility.

Take a slow, deep breath.

Come fully into your body.

Feel your Heart.

Feel your Light.

Allow yourself to become still enough to notice what exists underneath the noise.

You may discover that even while energy is moving all around you, there is a place within you that is profoundly peaceful.

And from that peace, ask:

Where is my energy NOW?
Where is my Light?
Where is my energy guiding me right now?

May this sacred container amplify tranquility, peace, Love and Light throughout our beautiful Ascending collective. ✨

When Someone You Love Says, “You’ve Changed”

If your spouse or family member says:

“You've changed since you've been following this Ascension stuff.”

There can be a temptation to immediately defend yourself, explain Ascension, convince them that what you're experiencing is real, or become frightened that your evolution is creating separation.

But what if you simply recognize:

Yes. I am changing. And so are you. We all are.

Change does not automatically mean the relationship is ending.

Change does not automatically mean you are growing apart.

And someone not consciously participating in Ascension teachings does not mean that their Soul isn't evolving.

We want to be careful that “I am awakened and you are not” doesn't become another Conditioned Identity.

You do not need your spouse to use your language.

You do not need your family to understand everything you understand.

You don't need them to believe what you believe in order for you to honor what you know.

And you don't have to make yourself smaller so that someone else feels more comfortable with the version of you they already knew.

There is another possibility:

Can I allow myself to change without requiring the people I love to change in the same way, at the same speed, or using the same language?

What Do I Actually Say?

Sometimes the most loving response is also the simplest:

“You're right. I am changing. I'm learning more about myself and paying attention to what feels true for me. I know some of those changes may feel unfamiliar to you. I'm not asking you to believe everything I believe or experience this the way I do. I love you, and I also need to honor what I am discovering within myself. We don't have to have all the answers about what this means right now.”

For a family member who doesn't want to discuss Ascension at all, it can become even simpler:

“You don't have to understand this the way I do. I'm not asking you to. I'm simply asking you to allow me the freedom to explore what feels true for me, just as I want you to have the freedom to choose what feels true for you.”

That is Inner Authority without domination.

I don't have to convince you.

You don't have to validate me.

I don't have to abandon myself.

And I don't have to reject you because your experience is different from mine.

The Feeling of Being Torn

This may be one of the most important pieces to address.

Sometimes the feeling of being torn isn't actually:

“Do I choose my spouse/family or do I choose Ascension?”

The deeper question may be:

“Can I become more of who I AM without losing the people I love?”

That can touch very old human fears around belonging, rejection, abandonment, loyalty, family identity and safety.

A person may discover:

If I change, I will lose my family.

If I speak my truth, my spouse will reject me.

If they don't understand me, we cannot remain together.

If I'm evolving and they're not consciously doing this work, I have to leave them behind.

Those are conclusions.

They are not necessarily guidance.

Come back into the body.

Find your Light.

Call the Higher Self fully IN.

Then ask:

What is actually true NOW?

Where is the energy NOW?

Is this relationship complete—or is its old structure complete?

Those are very different things.

Perhaps the relationship completes.

Perhaps it transforms.

Perhaps the roles within it change.

Perhaps two people discover an entirely new way of loving each other.

Perhaps someone who never uses the word Ascension begins expressing greater Love, freedom, authenticity, compassion and sovereignty in their own way.

We don't have to decide the outcome before the energy reveals it.

Family Structures and Soul Group Structures



Within the spiritual framework you're developing, if old Family Structure or Soul Group structures are completing, completion doesn't have to mean loss.

It can mean that the old energetic agreement or structure through which people related is no longer required.

A relationship organized around obligation may discover freedom.

A relationship organized around guilt may discover choice.

A relationship organized around rescuing may discover sovereignty.

A relationship organized around roles may discover authentic connection.

A relationship organized around fear of abandonment may discover unconditional Love.

And sometimes an experience may genuinely complete.

But we don't need to make completion synonymous with rejection.

Perhaps what is being released is not necessarily the person. Perhaps what is being released is the structure through which you previously knew one another.

Schumann Resonance & Ascension Guidance Update | September Energies

Today’s Schumann Resonance graph is showing some faint spikes here and there, followed by periods where the energies appear to completely lay down.

At the end of August, we completed a significant phase in how we operate within the energetic field, connected to another massive shift in consciousness.

The September energies feel different.

Navigating them is inviting an honest and deep reflection of Self. For many, uncomfortable topics or situations may be appearing that feel like energetic loose ends—old issues, thoughts, identities or experiences resurfacing for our awareness. Some of these can feel very loud, and worrisome to extent that you are unable to truly align and call in the scared part.

In this week's FOCUS Group, we'll explore this more deeply, along with an activation and a Special Alignment Exercise for Looping or Negative Thoughts.

Sometimes a looping thought creates so much contraction that there simply isn't space in that moment to work with the scared part underneath it.

Once energetic alignment and space have been rediscovered, the scared part can then be lovingly called forward from the presence of the Higher Self.

Remember: something resurfacing does not necessarily mean you are going backward. Try not to be frustrated. Healing is not linear, it is circular but each lap around the block is clearing more density.

Over the past two weeks in our FOCUS Group, we have been moving through a very specific progression.

Two weeks ago, we explored Conditioned Identities—the human roles, beliefs and definitions that kept us small and allowed our experiences and conditions to tell us who we were.

Last week, we explored Inner Authority.

Lack of Inner Authority plays out as “I don’t know what I want to create.” “I don’t know what I want right now.” It can be “I don’t care, you pick.” If you struggle with this, please go to my website under FREE resources, check out #6 called “Joy, Inner Authority, and the Clues Within”.

Remember that not choosing is allowing whatever default message you are broadcasting to be in a recreate loop.

Taking back your Inner Authority takes us beyond simply knowing ourselves into trusting ourselves enough to follow what we know.

This week features a very special Message From Your Source:

“Can I trust what I know before I can see it?”

Once we recognize our Conditioned Identities and begin reclaiming our Inner Authority, the next question becomes:

“Can I trust my Organic Frequency enough to stop requiring physical evidence before I believe what I know?”

And here's something worth contemplating:

Look at how deeply we once believed the synthetic, distorted frequency—even when it wasn't organically ours.

What happens when we begin offering that same level of belief and trust to our own Organic Frequency?

Alignment first. Integration second.
