Thank you to everyone who made this possible (in particular Towel Chat Mom Lynne for always supporting me in this goal).
God is good.
I never thought my little news-channel-that-could would ever been seen in 180 countries around the world.
It is a personal honor to call so many of you my friends.
Every day, you inspire me with your stories of protest, civic engagement, love for country, defense of the vulnerable and ferociously indelible impacts on the pages of history (even during times of tragedy).
I, in your honor, have always tried to educate, inform and entertain --regardless as to one's resources or ability to pay for information-- such as to engender cogent public discourse and ward off the usurpation of our various forms of government worldwide.
In that way, if I have helped even one of you out there learn something, or find connection in this confusing modern digital world, or share a conversation with someone from across the world who has now become your "towel friend," I have lived up to my summum bonum or eudaimonia.
Everything from here on out is just a bonus.
(Also, special shout out to Towel Girlfriend. I love her very much --with my whole heart and soul-- and I wouldn't be who I am today without her erudite, enduring, effervescent and ever-compassionate soul.)
