this isn’t the kind of birthday post i was expecting to make.. 💔

on the 28th September, i unexpectedly injured my lower back travelling on the train carrying heavy bags 💔 my birthday celebration to watch Mamma Mia at the Novello Theatre was cancelled, and i ended up bed ridden 🥲

much love to my bf, who made my first birthday away from home special even though i was laid up in your bed suffering with immense pain the entire time ❤️‍🩹 you’re my best friend and soulmate.. i love you so much 🥺🫶

and thank you so much to my mum for the delicious birthday cake 😋

i’ve been spoilt and well looked after despite the circumstances, i’m so grateful and lucky to be surrounded by love, generosity and care ❤️‍🩹

i appreciate all the birthday wishes 🎂 hopefully i make a speedy recovery!
