I prefer CC because I like modern decor and it gives me more options to decorate than what we're given in the packs. A viewer asked me to make this lot with no CC. And since I was able to do that with what was given and make it look nice, it has been uploaded to my gallery.

WIP!!! I'm adding finishing touches to this lot and it should be posted sometime this week. It's a 6 Unit Shopping Center I built using one of the debug structures. I plan on making it a series using a few of those.

WIP!!! I'm working on a 6 unit apartment building. All of the basics have been completed, I'm just working on decorating each unit. SIGH LOL. The 6 garages are assigned to each unit and can be used for hobbies, skills, etc. of the tenants.

WIP!!! I'm working on a 7 UNIT RENTAL COMMUNITY for the upcoming For Rent EP. It's much like my previous 4 UNITY COMMUNITY build but on a 64x64 lot. This is going to be one of my favorites.
