First of all, thank you for being here and for supporting the channel.

I never in a million years thought I’d end up becoming a YouTuber (or, even worse, an influencer, which makes me gag a little).

I’m slowly working towards the dream of being able to do this full time (once I’ve cleared my debts and can actually replace the income from my day job!), so I’ve set up both Patreon and YouTube memberships.

I’m treating the two exactly the same, so you only need to join one or the other. Unless you REALLY want to support me through both, in which case it’s massively appreciated, but you may be almost as financially irresponsible as I am.

Before getting into what membership will eventually include, there are a couple of things I want to make clear.

Any reviews, guides or tutorials I make will NEVER be paywalled. I’ve always believed that knowledge should be freely available, and I’m not going to start locking useful information behind a subscription.

I’m also not a fan of having loads of different membership tiers. I’d much rather keep things simple.

Right now, there is a single YouTube membership option of £1.99, which is to show support to the channel. Once members-only content has been scheduled for release, this tier will be phased out in favour of a single tier, for the same price on both platforms.

£5 gets you everything. Members-only, early access, feet pics, whatever I think is worth it.

More than anything though, thank you for choosing to support what I’m doing. Whether you’ve been watching since the early days or you’ve only just found the channel, it genuinely means a lot that you’re here.

Absolutely devastated to hear about the passing of Andy Williams. Every Time I Die has been my favourite band for around 20 years and I was lucky enough to meet the big man himself back in 2008 at Manchester Academy 3 after a gig. Whilst the photo I got with him is lost to time, the experience and memories will last for ever.

Thanks to YouTube for helping me recover my channel after it was hijacked by a dodgy sponsor link and my channel was terminated due to a scam livestream. I assure you that I have zero interest in crypto so the channel didn’t suddenly take a hard swerve into finance-bro BS.

Normal service will resume shortly. What a week it’s been!

Having a little break for this week as I’m off on holiday soon, daily videos takes it out of you!
