Our mission is to join in the work of Jesus for the good of the world.
Christ Connect Church is a vibrant, loving church family located in Overland Park, Kansas, a suburb of Kansas City. Our purpose is to be a community compelled by the love of God to discover and embrace Jesus, becoming his fully-committed followers.
This YouTube channel is one of the ways we are joining the work of Jesus.

Different gifts. One purpose. 🩵
Over the past few weeks, Connected to Purpose has helped us discover more about how God has uniquely gifted each of us—and it’s been so encouraging to see the different gifts represented throughout our church.
Knowing our giftedness doesn’t just help us understand ourselves better. It helps us understand and love one another better, too.
When we bring those different gifts together, we’re strengthened as a church and better equipped to join in the work of Jesus for the good of the world with greater joy, passion, and purpose.
A big thank you to Dan Knight for leading us through Connected to Purpose and helping us better understand how God has uniquely equipped each of us to serve. 🩵
The class may be finished, but this is really just the beginning.

As we celebrate our nation's 250th year, we pause with gratitude for the freedoms we enjoy and for the many men and women who have served and sacrificed throughout our country's history.
Today, we celebrate with family and friends, reflect on God's faithfulness, and give thanks for the blessings we often take for granted.
We pray for God's wisdom, peace, and guidance for our nation and for all who call it home.
