🌼 MY BIGGEST LESSON FROM MY CAREER JOURNEY: SOMETIMES, THE BIGGEST BATTLE IS THE ONE WE FIGHT WITHIN OURSELVES.



This Dussehra, I found myself reflecting on my own professional journey.



With 15+ years of corporate leadership experience, Ive come to understand something important about careers.



Being good at your job is not always enough to grow in your career. You can work hard.



You can deliver results.



You can be committed to your organization.

Yet, you may still find yourself wondering:



👉 Why am I not getting the recognition I deserve?

👉 Why are others moving ahead while Im still waiting for my opportunity?

👉 How do I make my experience count in a rapidly changing world?



These are questions many working professionals silently struggle with.



And they remind me of the deeper meaning of Dussehra.



We often celebrate the victory of Lord Rama over Ravana. But I believe there's another lesson we can take from this festival.



Every one of us has something we need to overcome to reach our next level.



For some, its the fear of change. For others, its self-doubt.



For many talented professionals, its the belief that hard work alone will make them visible. And today, with AI transforming the workplace, there's another challenge: the fear of becoming irrelevant despite years of experience.



This is one of the reasons I chose to dedicate my work to Career Transformation.
