Welcome to J.O.E.L.—a channel for people starting over after 40 who know they’re capable of more but aren’t sure what comes next.
I walked away from a six-figure corporate career to build a pressure washing business from the ground up and pursue a life with more purpose, ownership, and freedom.
Now I’m sharing what I’m learning—the wins, mistakes, setbacks, hard decisions, and lessons nobody tells you about starting over.
Here we talk about career change, entrepreneurship, personal growth, overcoming fear, finding purpose, and building confidence—especially when you feel too old, too late, or too far behind.
The J.O.E.L. Method:
J — Jump
O — Own
E — Execute
L — Lead
You don’t need everything figured out. You just need to take the next step.
If you’re ready to stop waiting and start building your next chapter with clarity, courage, and a plan, you’re in the right place.
Subscribe and follow the journey. Your next chapter starts now.
J.O.E.L.
Bailey’s Pure Pressure Wash was a major part of my starting-over journey—but the channel is now becoming J.O.E.L.
Bailey’s isn’t going away. In fact, building the business taught me some of my greatest lessons about leaving comfort behind, taking ownership and creating a new path.
Now I want this channel to serve everyone who knows they’re capable of more but may be wondering what comes next.
J.O.E.L. means: Jump. Own. Execute. Lead.
Moving forward, I’ll share honest stories, practical strategies and real-life lessons to help you start over with clarity, courage and a plan.
This isn’t the end of my story—it’s the next chapter. And if you’re preparing to begin again, I hope you’ll take this journey with me.
Welcome to J.O.E.L.

If you made $100,000 at your job, would you leave to start your own business?
