Black rice was also known as FORBIDDEN RICE in ancient China , as it was only reserved for royalty or wealthy people.
It is a heart healthy food, since it is high in antioxidants and does not lose its outer layer during the milling process.
I am not wealthy nor a royalty 👸🏻 but I love having it in my meals. It has a nice texture and also keeps me full for a long duration.

Just prepared my go to dessert 😋
Among all delicious Greek cuisines my favorite is “Yiaourti me Meli” … A simple, humble and probably the best dessert … just mix Yogurt + honey + walnuts and your dessert is ready 🍨 MADE IN NO TIME 😆
If you've never tried this flavour combination, you're in for a real treat. I'll post soon this YT Short soon.
