Hey friends! I’m going to try to post 2 videos a week in October as I can! These would be more vlogs, hauls, favorites, and Fall activities types of videos. Would you watch that!? I’ll also have some Fall Home Tours and decorating sprinkled in as well!
I have tried to type this post multiple times, and every time my eyes feel with tears. I’m so very thankful for my precious, healthy, baby boys who are 1 YEAR OLD TODAY! I don’t know how we got from 4 pound Nicu babies, to today so fast.
I honestly cannot believe how fast we have gotten here. They completed our family and we could not imagine our lives without them. I’m so thankful that God saw me fit to bless me with my precious twins. If you would’ve told me 10 years ago that I would’ve been a twin mama, I don’t know that I would’ve believed you! And some days I don’t know that I do it well, but I know that I love them with all of my heart.
Tillman has two teeth and another one on the way! He is always on the move, crawling, pulling up, and I feel like he will be trying to take steps before long. He can say, mama, dada, and Row Row. He loves Rowdy and wants to be where he is all the time, and it really breaks his heart whenever he cannot go in his room. He has the sweetest little smile and laugh.
Cooper has one tooth and others trying to come in as well! He gets where he wants to go and is working really hard on crawling. He can say mama, dada, bye-bye and wave, Row Row, uh-oh, and his version of Axel. He loves to give love and snuggle. He thinks Axel is hilarious and will belly laugh at him. He is the sweetest little one.
Happy birthday, my beautiful, precious sons. We love you more than you will ever know!
I did it. I knew if I thought about it too much, I would change my mind. So, I'm trusting that God put this new channel desire on my heart for a reason. I like to share those videos sometimes but it doesn’t do well on Gridiron and Grace because I’m in a “decorating” niche not a “cleaning”. If I did this in the future, would you watch? ❤️
I know I’ve updated, then updated, and updated again…but that’s just the phase of life we’re in! I haven’t had a chance to film this week and I was planning to share my preparing for Fall. Well, my birthday is on Friday - and Kenny just surprised me with a trip to the beach…JUST THE 2 OF US! To say I’m excited would be an understatement.
The first week of school is always tiring and we’re feeling it for sure! When I get home in the afternoons, I want to play with my boys and not worry about filming. And we’ve been going to bed at 8:30, so there’s that! 😂
I plan to film some of our weekend and also taking down everyday decor in preparation for Fall. But it won’t be up Sunday. I want to enjoy our weekend and not stress! So you will either have a video on next Wednesday and Sunday, or just not have one until next Sunday. Thank you for your patience during this busy season of life. Your support of my little channel, and family, mean the world! ❤️
I have NEVER not decorated for Fall early. I love all the pumpkins, colors and coziness of the season. But then, I became a mom. Specifically a twin mama in the last year! So my life is definitely a little bit busier these days. I promise all of the Fall content is coming soon! I did share a Hobby Lobby haul of my Fall decor that I picked up this year, and I am going to start transitioning my home very soon. But for the first time ever, especially since starting a YouTube channel, I don’t think I’m going to rush it.
Last year, I didn’t even get to share Fall decorating videos because I was so pregnant with the twins and ended up being hospitalized and they were born a little bit early, so the only Fall related video I shared was my home tour after I decorated. I am going to have several Fall decorating videos this year, I promise! But instead of rushing to get them done, filmed, edited and posted, I’m going to take my time. I’m really trying to focus on slowing down and enjoying every day.
I am a working mama, mama to three boys, a wife, and I have a lot on my plate just like we all do. So I am going to share my Fall decorating videos, and I will have several because I decorate several places in my home. But I’m going to take my time. In the past, I feel like maybe I had to rush to get it all done and posted because you have to post it in the prime time on YouTube for it to be watched and pushed out and all the things and I know if you’re content creator, you understand, but this year I’m not doing that. We’re taking our time, and we’re enjoying every moment and every pumpkin that we decorate with!
I’m probably not going to have more than one video a week because it’s just too much and as much as I love this YouTube channel, I never started it to create more stress in my life. I created it because I wanted to share things that I loved with decorating being at the top of that list. As much as I love this channel and sharing with you guys and connecting, my family and my babies come first. So we’re going to continue to share videos weekly. I promise you will have a video on Sundays, but that’s all I’m committing myself too. So if it takes the entire month of September to get my home decorated and shared, then that’s what it’s gonna be. I know you all understand and I appreciate your love and support for my channel more than you know. So happy Fall friends! It’s my favorite time of the year, and we are going to enjoy every single second. 🧡

I know I’ve updated, then updated, and updated again…but that’s just the phase of life we’re in! I haven’t had a chance to film this week and I was planning to share my preparing for Fall.
